I composed and arranged this piece in 2005 for the Metropole Orchestra Hilversum. The Conductor on this recording is Vince Mendoza.

:: locked rooms (excerpt)

Locked Rooms is one of my earlier bigband-arrangements. This recording is from 1999 and the band ist he JazzOrchester Niedersachsen.

:: iris (excerpt)

Lately I sometimes enlarged the trio-setting by different guests. On this recording live from the LOFT, Köln we play with pianist Florian Weber which you can also hear on one piece of my trio record.

This is a live-recording from the band Firomanum. In the intro to this piece i play clarinet and alto-clarinet simultanously.

:: slein in town (excerpt)

The first album of “the heavytones” appeared in may 2005. There is also one of my compositions on the CD which is this instrumental.
